We hire the finest tradespeople in our region, we’re strict about attention to detail, we supervise all of the work completed, and we pay attention to YOU. Imagine that!

But you probably have a lot of questions:

Below is a small glimpse into the BUILD process. Remember, we’ll journey with you every step of the way.

This can include finding an existing lot or new land. We can represent you as the buyer, take care of contracts and all of the paperwork and pretty much do it all.


We’ll help you develop a floor plan, add your own personal style, and choose your finishes and color palettes (Tuscan, Open Farm House, etc.). We’re a team—you show us what you like, we’ll show you what we’ve done, then we’ll put it all together and make sure you love it.


Oh there’s even more. You don’t need to hire an architect—we’ll do that. And we can talk through energy efficiency and other ways to lower your costs, while keeping your home comfortable and livable.  Dream away. Let’s make it happen.


You’ll have weekly onsite meetings with us. You’ll see the progress and always know what’s going on—and what’s going into your home. You’re not a nuisance. We actually want you on the job site. We welcome your questions, concerns and creativity. It’s your house after all.


Once you get the keys, we don’t disappear. We stand by our work during the warranty period. And during the closing we’ll be there to offer advice and help with all of the contracts and paperwork. Seriously, there is so much paperwork.
